· Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective management of dealer relationships.
· Dealer Onboarding: Recruit and onboard new dealers each quarter to expand the sales network.
· Dealer Visits: Conduct regular visits to area dealers to strengthen relationships and support sales efforts.
· Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for dealers to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Geographic Expansion: Identify and develop new markets to expand the dealer base geographically.
· Dealer Management: Maintain and manage active dealers, ensuring their engagement and performance meet company standards.
· Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide promotional materials and sales support to dealers.
· Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of dealer accounts, sales performance, and market activities.
· Market Intelligence: Provide timely reports on competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sales strategies and objectives.
