The Role

We’re looking for a highly adaptable and experienced Tech Lead who thrives in solving complex problems across diverse technologies. This role involves working on a variety of client and internal projects, each with its own unique requirements. You’ll help define technical direction, take ownership of solutions, and lead development efforts across multiple domains and technology stacks.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver high-quality software across various tech stacks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality
• Own the full development lifecycle—from architecture to deployment
• Mentor team members and guide them through technical challenges
• Explore and adopt new tools and frameworks
• Build proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with modern technologies (.NET, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, etc.)
• Flexibility to work across different stacks
• Strong grasp of scalable architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and containers
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
