JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Guide the management on restructuring & change management
- Manage HR budgets & procedures, ensuring efficiency and improvement
- Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention
- Plan & manage training & development function to improve employee capabilities

- Design and manage pay & perks to attract, retain, and motivate employees
- Foster a workplace culture that drives employee engagement & relationship recognition and collaboration
- Ensure legal compliance with all labor laws & regulations
- Oversee admin & maintenance operations to ensure facilities and infrastructure are well-managed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in HRM or an equivalent professional HR qualification
- 8 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in organisational change, turnaround projects, or large-scale business transformation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, statutory requirements
- An MBA qualification is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage
