We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. This role will drive organizational effectiveness through strong leadership in HR operations, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and culture building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Advise leadership on restructuring, change management, and transformation initiatives
  • Manage HR budgets and continuously optimize HR processes
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Drive performance management systems, KPIs, and goal alignment
  • Oversee training & development programs to upskill teams
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
  • Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory regulations
  • Supervise HR administration and facility management operations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, SHRM, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in organizational change, turnaround, or business transformation projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory frameworks
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification will be a strong advantage
