Data Analyst cum Visualizer
You will act as the insights partner for the Digital Department, spanning both digital marketing and e-commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to enable meaningful, data-driven decision-making. This includes building reports and dashboards, uncovering customer and campaign insights, monitoring e-commerce performance, and empowering digital marketing and e-commerce teams to optimize strategies for growth. By combining strong analytical thinking with visualization skills, you will transform raw data into actionable business intelligence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, clean, and analyze data across digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), programmatic platforms, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, OMS, ERP), and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho).
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, GA4) to visualize KPIs for leadership and teams.
- Provide insights on campaign effectiveness (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement, brand lift) and recommend optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze digital and programmatic campaigns, along with e-commerce performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, cart abandonment, repeat purchase rate).
- Develop and present monthly/quarterly business reviews combining digital marketing and e-commerce data into a unified view.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in customer behavior, campaign performance, and marketplace sales.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce upstream and downstream operations teams to align insights with business objectives.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and share best practices in digital and e-commerce analytics.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis across digital channels and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across all reporting sources.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Business/Data Analyst in digital marketing, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and advanced Excel/SQL skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, SEO/SEM) and e-commerce analytics (Shopify, Amazon, OMS).
- Hands-on experience in customer journey analytics (awareness → conversion → retention).
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear visual stories and actionable insights.
