Performance Marketing Specialist
You will play a strategic role in strengthening Dilmah’s global digital footprint by leading programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and CRM-led personalization. This role is focused on expanding brand reach, visibility, and recall across international markets through data-driven, targeted communication strategies. By leveraging advanced audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and continuous optimization, you will deliver personalized and meaningful digital experiences that build engagement, foster long-term loyalty, and drive measurable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and lead programmatic and paid media strategies to expand Dilmah’s global digital visibility, reachability, and brand recall across retail, F&B, and purpose-driven campaigns.
- Drive adoption of personalized, data-led campaigns tailored to diverse international audiences.
- Build advanced audience segmentation models using CRM, behavioral, and demographic insights to deliver lifecycle-based personalized communications.
- Continuously optimize campaigns with creative testing, bid strategies, and funnel analysis to maximize ROI and performance outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (reach, recall, CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement) and ensure alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Transform campaign data into actionable insights, developing dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with CRM teams.
- Explore emerging platforms, technologies, and personalization tools to expand brand visibility and improve customer experience across global markets.
- Partner with creative, product, and regional teams to align campaigns with global brand positioning.
- Manage collaboration with agencies and technology partners to deliver consistent, scalable campaigns across geographies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in programmatic advertising and paid media campaign management, ideally with a digital agency or international consumer brand.
- Hands-on expertise with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and marketplace platforms.
- Solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including DMPs, SSPs, attribution models, and tracking tools.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DV360, IAB Programmatic, The Trade Desk Edge Academy) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in driving brand visibility, reach, and recall through effective performance marketing strategies.
