Conversion Optimizer cum Performance Marketing Specialist
You will be responsible for driving e-commerce revenue growth by optimizing customer journeys and executing high-performing paid media strategies. This role ensures measurable ROI through data-driven targeting, efficient budget management, and continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO). By enhancing user experiences and maximizing campaign effectiveness, you will play a key role in aligning paid media initiatives with broader e-commerce growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, and emerging digital platforms to attract qualified traffic and generate conversions.
- Align campaign objectives with business goals and sales targets to drive measurable growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and apply optimizations to targeting, creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
- Implement CRO techniques, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout experiences.
- Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure effective allocation, adherence to targets, and avoidance of overspend, with recommendations for reallocations based on insights.
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, abandonment rates) through dashboards and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, CRM, and sales teams to integrate campaigns into broader marketing initiatives and deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Support content and creative teams with performance-driven insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and innovations in performance marketing, paid media, and e-commerce, recommending strategies for continuous growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong command of e-commerce performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, Abandonment Rate).
- Experience with CRO techniques including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and cart abandonment recovery.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance dashboards.
- Knowledge of retargeting, remarketing, and programmatic advertising specific to online retail.
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization dashboards.
