We’re an early-stage, venture-backed cybersecurity startup building AI- Powered Penetration Testing Platform . We’re looking for a founding AI/ML Engineer to architect and develop agentic systems powered by LLMs. You’ll design reasoning pipelinesand enable our system to execute real-world tasks autonomously.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build LLM-powered agents capable of reasoning and executing multi-step workflows.
• Architect and optimize prompt pipelines, memory systems, and decision graphs to improve task reliability and success rates.
• Develop scalable pipelines for fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying custom LLMs.
• Integrate external tools, APIs, and graph-based data (TypeDB/Neo4j) to enhance context and reasoning.
• Build Python frameworks to orchestrate tool execution, asynchronous tasks, and result collection.
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers to expose AI outputs through APIs and dashboards.
• Implement robust testing, monitoring, and logging for model-based workflows.
• Research and prototype cutting-edge approaches to improve model reasoning, planning, and tool use.
• Participate in architectural decisions and product planning as a core member of the founding engineering team.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building ML/AI systems in production (startups or high-growth companies a plus).
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in async frameworks and orchestrating workflows.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers, or similar LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or other agent orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector stores, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Ability to integrate graph data (TypeDB, Neo4j) into AI pipelines.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with high autonomy.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
