Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end lead generation strategies for both Mimik Creations and client accounts.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) tailored to client goals and industries.

Conduct market research to identify profitable target audiences and develop effective lead funnels.

Build and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and outreach strategies that maximize conversions.

Collaborate with the internal creative and marketing teams to deliver custom lead acquisition campaigns for clients.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to both Mimik leadership and clients.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data for Mimik and clients.

Explore and test new acquisition channels (influencer marketing, partnerships, referral systems, automation tools).

Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to client sales teams and Mimik’s business development team.

Stay ahead of industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in an agency environment.

Strong understanding of B2B and B2C lead funnels, with hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns for clients.

Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Lusha, Apollo or similar) and automation platforms.

Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) to track and improve campaign ROI.

Ability to work across multiple industries, adapting strategies to different client needs.

Excellent communication skills to present campaign performance and recommendations to clients.

Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
