What You’ll Do:
- Assist with recruitment processes: Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding experiences: Help new hires settle in and feel at home from day one.
- Maintain and organize HR documentation: Keep employee records updated and confidential.
- Help organize internal events and team activities to strengthen company culture.
- Contribute to creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and internal communications.
- Work closely with leadership to improve HR processes and develop best practices.
This role is ideal if you:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in people management and HR strategy.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Can maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks.
- A quick learner with a proactive attitude, ready to take initiative.
- Love working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
