About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to support a variety of campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute day-to-day activities, assist in campaign management, and contribute to building our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
• Support content development for social media, email, website, and other marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Help manage social media accounts, including posting updates and tracking engagement.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports to measure effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing events, promotions, and projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or similar roles (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Working Days

• Monday to Friday: Full day
• Saturday: Half day
