About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to take ownership of key marketing initiatives and help drive brand growth. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, including strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Create engaging content for websites, email newsletters, promotional materials, and advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, media partners, and external agencies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Days

• Monday to Friday: Full day
• Saturday: Half day
