Telemarketer / Internet Product Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Telemarketer / Internet Product Marketing Specialist in Colombo for a full-time position. This role focuses on promoting our products and services through effective telemarketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Managing inbound inquiries and providing detailed product information.
• Developing and implementing online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
• Generating and qualifying leads through telemarketing and digital channels.
• Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance to improve results.
• Maintaining accurate customer databases and updating CRM systems.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or digital product marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of internet marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, and social media.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of online sales funnels and digital advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in content creation for social media and digital ads.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
