Position Overview
We're seeking a hands-on HubSpot CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our marketing automation and CRM operations. This role is critical to scaling Metana's student acquisition, engagement, and conversion efforts across our B2C bootcamp programs and growing B2B corporate training division.
You'll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot, ensuring our CRM workflows, lead tracking, student segmentation, email campaigns, and reporting run seamlessly. This is a purely operational role: implementing, testing, and iterating processes to support acquisition, nurturing, re-engagement, onboarding, conversion, and alumni engagement campaigns.
What You'll Do
π§ Seamless CRM Operations
- Set up and manage HubSpot CRM logic, custom properties, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and integrations
- Ensure smooth alignment between marketing, admissions, and student success teams
- Integrate HubSpot with existing tools (Typeform, Zoom, Slack, Google Analytics, payment processors)
π Clean, Actionable Data
- Maintain a deduplicated database with accurate segmentation and reliable lead source tracking
- Implement and optimize UTM tracking across all marketing campaigns
- Create and manage student lifecycle stages from prospect β applicant β enrolled β graduate β alumni
βοΈ Effective Lifecycle Journeys
- Build and optimize automated workflows for:
- Lead nurturing (webinar attendees, blog readers, course quiz takers)
- Application funnel (application started β incomplete β completed)
- Student onboarding (enrollment β bootcamp start β engagement sequences)
- Re-engagement campaigns (inactive leads, past applicants)
- Conversion optimization (application β enrollment β payment)
- Alumni engagement (job search support, success stories, referral programs)
π Clear Funnel Visibility
- Create actionable dashboards and reports showing:
- Funnel velocity and conversion rates at each stage
- Lead source performance and ROI tracking
- Email campaign performance metrics
- Student engagement and completion rates
- Revenue attribution by channel
π§ͺ Data-Driven Optimization
- A/B test email sequences, subject lines, CTAs, and landing page forms
- Refine segmentation strategies based on behavior, interests, and bootcamp preferences
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to improve conversion flows
- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects
π€ Admissions & Student Success Enablement
- Improve lead routing and assignment logic to the admissions team
- Create notification workflows for time-sensitive actions
- Support student success team with engagement tracking and at-risk student identification
Success Metrics (Target Goals)
- β 90% of new leads properly tagged, segmented, and assigned within 24 hours
- β 6+ automated workflows live within the first 6 weeks
- β Comprehensive CRM dashboards with full funnel visibility delivered by month 2
- β 10-15% improvement in lead-to-application conversion through workflow optimization
- β 20% reduction in manual CRM tasks through automation
- β Clean data hygiene: Zero duplicate records, 95%+ complete contact properties
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- β 2+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
- β Proven track record implementing workflows across the full customer lifecycle (awareness β conversion β retention)
- β Strong understanding of B2C lifecycle marketing for education, SaaS, or high-consideration purchases
- β Experience creating dashboards, reports, and attribution models in HubSpot
- β Proficiency with email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization
- β Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- β Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have

- π Experience in education technology, online bootcamps, or EdTech sector
- π Familiarity with student enrollment funnels and application processes
