Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Analyzing, Designing and Developing creative solutions for quality outcomes
  • Conducting data analysis and creating charts and dashboards to support decision making.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improving business processes and Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and team members, in a clear and concise manner.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or related field
  • 8+ years of Relevant experience across different domains (Apparel Manufacturing Background will be a plus)
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and techniques.
  • Possessing communication skills, problem solving skills and decision-making skills
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus
