About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IBM Developer with strong expertise in Java or .NET and hands-on exposure to IBM tools/platforms. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions, while also benefiting from specialized internal IBM training to deepen expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java or .NET technologies.
• Work with IBM platforms (e.g., WebSphere, MQ, IIB, DB2) for application development and integration.
• Participate in internal IBM training programs to enhance platform-specific expertise.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs, web services, and backend components.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience in Java or .NET
• Some level of hands-on experience with IBM technologies
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
