Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and staff welfare programs.
• Coordinate performance reviews, probation evaluations, and confirmations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and disciplinary documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in HRM or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR practices.
• Positive attitude, confidentiality, and a team-oriented mindset.
