Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations and ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing HR staff, driving key initiatives in talent management, performance, compliance, and organizational development, and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition & Development Oversee recruitment efforts for senior and critical roles. Develop programs for employee training, career development, and leadership development. Implement onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure consistency and compliance.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management Serve as a key contact for resolving complex employee relations issues. Support and improve performance management practices across the organization. Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
• Compliance & HR Operations Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR policies. Maintain and improve HR systems and processes, including compensation, benefits, and leave management. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals. Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the HR team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and best practices
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Experience with HRIS systems
• HR certifications preferred
