About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing who is eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior specialists. The focus will be on content publishing, campaign reporting, and providing operational support for the performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in publishing and scheduling content across digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
• Generate and maintain regular performance reports using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Support the senior team with campaign monitoring, performance tracking, and optimization tasks.
• Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis when needed.
• Ensure campaign data accuracy and proper tracking across all platforms.
• · Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• · Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (agency background preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, or reporting dashboards is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within performance marketing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
