SEO & Paid PPC Specialist

We are a California-based digital marketing and innovation company expanding our operations in Sri Lanka, and we’re looking for a results-driven SEO & Paid PPC Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and has proven experience in driving targeted traffic and measurable ROI through search and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website visibility, and traffic.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, keywords, and creatives to achieve KPIs.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align SEO/PPC efforts with overall marketing strategy.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO and PPC campaign management (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of improving search rankings and running high-performing paid campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation funnels.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic advertising.
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience working with remote international teams.
