Role Overview

As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will be on the front line of PAYable’s growth story. You will take our solutions directly to merchants, driving adoption and building lasting relationships. This is a high-energy, field-based role where every day brings new opportunities to make an impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in field sales (POS, FMCG, telco, or financial services preferred).

· Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Motorcycle license and personal motorcycle – mandatory for daily merchant visits.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

· Ability to manage time effectively and cover multiple territories.

· Minimum GCE A/L qualification; diploma or degree in sales/marketing is an advantage.

· Comfortable with mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital reporting.
