Quality Assurance Executive
You will be responsible for ensuring that all production and packing processes remain in control and fully compliant with food safety, quality, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role requires an analytical and proactive individual who can uphold the highest quality standards, implement effective quality control systems, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor production and packing operations to ensure adherence to established food safety and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, sampling methodologies, and inspection protocols.
- Identify and resolve quality deviations through effective root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements related to food safety and quality management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality objectives and improve process efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with customer and certification standards.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely documentation and reporting of quality metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences or Food Science.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Executive in a reputed food manufacturing organization.
- Strong understanding of quality control techniques, problem-solving methodologies, and food safety system requirements.
- Knowledge of sampling procedures, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and computer literacy are essential.
- A diploma in Quality or Food Safety Management, along with internal auditor training, will be an added advantage.
