Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance.The ideal candidate should possess a BSc Degree in Food Science or Natural Scienceand have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role— with proven capability in managing system certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all system certifications—such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, BRC, and others—while ensuring full compliance with their respective standards and requirements.
• Act as a qualified system auditor and perform internal audits across multiple certification systems.
• Develop and implement new system certification requirements, while improving existing systems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Provide support across all areas of Quality Assurance, including regulatory compliance, incoming and in-process controls, root cause analysis, and statistical assessments.

Candidate Profile:

• BSc Degree in Food Science or Natural Science.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance with proven capability in managing system certifications.

• Qualified Auditor in certification systems.

• Strong knowledge of quality, food safety, environmental, and product certification standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English and high computer literacy.

• A team player with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
