Job Role:
The Project Deployment Manager will lead and oversee deployment projects for cleaning and facility management services, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion. This role will act as the bridge between management, clients, and operational teams to meet service standards, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project deployment for facility and cleaning services.
- Liaise with clients, management, and on-site teams to align project goals.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor on-site operations for SOP compliance, service quality, and HSE standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to both management and clients.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Min. 5 years of project management or deployment experience, in outsourcing, facility services, or light construction industries.
- Language: Basic English skills to understand technical terms.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of project planning tools, SOP compliance, and HSE standards
- Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure with high mobility.
- Other: Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
