Job Scope: Provide administrative and executive support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective task coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation efficiently
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations using MS Excel
- Coordinate between departments and external contacts
- Maintain confidentiality and support executive-level tasks
- Assist in event or meeting coordination as required
Requirements:
- Female candidates aged between 25–30
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or Advanced level)
- Strong command of English (Intermediate or Advanced)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently
