About the Role:

We’re looking for an empathetic and energetic Student Counselor who can connect deeply with students, especially those who speak Tamil. You’ll be their go-to person for guidance, motivation, and personal development.

What You’ll Do:

• Counsel students on academic, personal, and career matters

• Create a safe space for students to open up and find solutions

• Work closely with academic and administrative teams to support student wellbeing

• Help students stay on track, motivated, and confident about their journey

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
