Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions, with a focus on enterprise-grade agentic systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver AI-driven business value.
• Manage the full operational lifecycle of AI solutions — from ideation and rapid prototyping to deployment and ongoing support.
• Apply deep technical expertise to build production-grade agentic AI systems using Python and modern generative AI technologies.
• Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Align AI solutions with strategic business goals by identifying and addressing key commercial challenges.
• Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, technologies, and industry trends; apply best practices in system design and implementation.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering best practices and continuous learning in AI development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
• Strong expertise in Python for production-grade AI/ML solution development.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end AI solution development — from ideation and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of agentic AI engineering, including hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, GANs, diffusion models).
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and deliver scalable AI-powered products.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner with business stakeholders and align solutions to real-world needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
• Familiarity with big data tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
