We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our Overseas Student Placement team in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and counseling to prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about their overseas education options.
  • Manage the entire application process, from university selection to visa processing, to ensure a smooth transition for students.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions worldwide to facilitate student placements.
  • Stay up-to-date with international education trends and keep the team informed about changes in admission criteria, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service to students.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of our placement efforts.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the education industry.
  • Proven track record of successful student placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, universities, and visa regulations is a plus.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
