Work Shift - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST

NOTE: This is not a traditional project management team role, and requires expertise handling projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Collaborate with engineering, Customer success, leadership, and product teams to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Create detailed project plans, assign tasks, and ensure accountability within teams.

Process Management:

• Implement and optimize workflows, including task planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks, ensuring teams have the resources needed to stay on track.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, customer success, product, and leadership teams that are spread across US, Canada and Sri Lanka.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Anticipate potential challenges and create contingency plans to mitigate risks.

Tools and Reporting:

• Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to manage tasks, track progress, and generate reports.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
• Familiarity with crypto, accounting, or fintech industries is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., XP, Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to foster cross-cultural integration, building collaboration and inclusivity across diverse teams.

Technical Background:

• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and experience working closely with engineering teams and business teams.

Tools Proficiency:

• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional qualifications preferable PMP/CSM
