Job Role:

The Scrum Master will guide and support Agile development teams to ensure smooth sprint execution, continuous improvement, and timely delivery of IT solutions, particularly for automotive industry clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to foster collaboration between business, product, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown charts) are maintained accurately.
• Remove impediments and coach teams toward self-organization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define clear priorities.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Track key metrics to evaluate team performance and identify improvement areas.
• Foster communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with relevant certification (CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP).
• Experience: At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in IT Consulting environments, with experience supporting automotive or enterprise-scale projects.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Language Proficiency: Business-level English, and able to understand technical terms.
• Professional Skills:
  • Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
