Functional Lead – Data & Visualization

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a Functional Lead – Data & Visualization to drive analytics and AI initiatives that empower business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python/PySpark, and modern data frameworks.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using PowerBI that are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Drive AI and automation adoption in analytics platforms to reduce manual reporting and deliver predictive insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across all dashboards and reports.
• Provide training and support, ensuring smooth operations 24x7.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/PySpark for automation and data processing.
• Exposure to data engineering, ETL pipelines, and modern data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric).
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications like Azure ML, Azure AI, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
