Role Overview

We are seeking energetic Associate Student Counsellors who can talk to anyone, build trust fast, and confidently guide students toward the best study options. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, thrives on conversations, and enjoys helping others make big life decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with new student leads daily via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand each student’s background, goals, and study interests.
• Present suitable course and university options persuasively and clearly.
• Follow up consistently and close student enrollments with confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Support events, webinars, and weekend inquiry campaigns when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales mindset — ability to persuade and close deals confidently.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping students.
• Willingness to work during weekends or extended hours when required.
