We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Management Intern who can bring fresh ideas, dynamic energy, and storytelling skills to our digital platforms.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll plan, create, and manage social media content across all major platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.

You’ll turn everyday ideas into engaging content that attracts, informs, and inspires students across Sri Lanka and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for each social platform.

• Add English and Sinhala captions to all videos (Tamil is a plus).

• Design visuals, write engaging captions, and post consistently across platforms.

• Keep all Prosper social channels updated with the latest campaigns and student success stories.

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities.

• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, VN, or similar).

• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Buffer).

• Strong creativity and understanding of what works on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Enthusiastic learner who is passionate about content creation and digital marketing.

• Share your previous work samples or portfolio with your application (a must).
