One of our reputed clients, a leading software solutions company in Sri Lanka, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Professionals to join their Colombo team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, sales, and building long-term client relationships in the IT industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software and IT solutions market.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in software or IT solution sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, ERP, CRM, or software-related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is an advantage.
