One of our prestigious clients, a leading healthcare provider in Singapore offering advanced medical care across various specialties, is expanding its presence in Sri Lanka to help patients access world-class healthcare services. They are currently seeking passionate and experienced Client Care Executives to join their Colombo team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 100,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit doctors and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Identify patient needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
• Support patients throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
• Organize targeted seminars, promotional events, and awareness campaigns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all patient-related inquiries from Sri Lanka.
• Coordinate with hospital teams in Singapore to ensure seamless communication and care.
• Build sustainable patient relationships and referral channels within Sri Lanka.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a private hospital in Sri Lanka.
• Prior experience in customer care or doctor onboarding in a private healthcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmaceuticals and medical devices is an advantage.
• Strong network of contacts and referral relationships in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Passionate, results-driven, and proactive in achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
• Experience in digital marketing and managing social media platforms will be an added advantage.
