Job Role:
Our client is seeking a senior-level professional (Team Lead/Senior Manager) to fill in the role of Carrier Enterprise Business Team Lead, who will be responsible for driving strategic business growth within the Carrier Enterprise Business division, focusing on enterprise solution sales to major telecom operator clients.
This role combines direct account management and channel sales, requiring collaboration with system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners to deliver company's enterprise ICT solutions across Indonesia. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven business leader with deep understanding of the ICT infrastructure market, carrier sales dynamics, and channel ecosystem management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the overall business performance and strategy execution for the carrier enterprise segment.
- Develop and implement sales and market plans to drive revenue growth across key telecom operator accounts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive movements to identify opportunities.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier clients, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning the enterprise solutions with their operational and digital transformation needs.
- Channel Sales & Partnership Management
- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, including distributors and system integrators.
- Collaborate with partners to expand market coverage and jointly develop enterprise opportunities within the carrier ecosystem.
- Provide business enablement, training, and support to ensure partners are aligned with Huawei’s goals and capable of delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers and solution specialists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure business targets are met.
- Operational Excellence
- Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and ethical standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: At least Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in ICT or telecommunications business, with at least 5 years in a managerial sales or business development role in the carrier (telecommunication operators) and enterprise segment.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with telecom operators, carrier enterprise solutions, or ICT system integration.
- Product Expertise: Experience selling ICT infrastructure and enterprise solutions (networks, data centers, cloud, WAN, etc.) to carrier customers.
- Language: English (professional fluency in spoken and written).
