About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate – Risk & Compliance to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in ensuring that company operations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with policies and regulations
• Prepare and submit compliance reports
• Conduct preliminary risk assessments
• Maintain accurate records of reviews and audits

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, etc.).
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Sinhala (both spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of Risk & Compliance.
• Prior experience in compliance, audit, or administration will be an added advantage (but not mandatory).
