The Small Business Project (TSBP) is a remote team of marketers with clientele spread across India and overseas, in industries such as fitness, entertainment, lifestyle, travel, ed-tech, personal care, children's products, technology etc.

The Vir Das Comedy Special, TEDx Gateway, Kommune and Spotify's P'odium, Spoken Fest are some of the many successful campaigns that have been run by TSBP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

● This is a full-time, work from home role.

● Candidates must have an editorial background (experience working with text in news, magazines, or publishing).

Quality Checking

● Quality checking content team’s work

● Keeping track of things at the macro-level to ensure clients’ expectations are met

● Tracking and organising content work

● Working closely with TSBP’s Content Head

Social Media

● Developing social media campaign Ideas

● Creating social media calendars/plans for clients

● Creating briefs for social media posts

● Coordinating with designers/video editors to get the posts made

● Quality checking the work of designers/video editors

● Researching hashtags and writing captions

● Posting

● Developing and executing contests and giveaways

● Working with marketing team to develop ad content and captions

Client Servicing and Management

● Getting social media briefs/Understanding client requirements

● Getting approvals on social media plans, posts, captions

● Taking initiative and complete ownership of all work related to the client assigned to you

Websites

● Developing website content structure and writing website content

● Coordinating with web team/designers+illustrators and client to execute website projects

● Quality checking the work of the web team/designers+illustrators

Blogs

● Researching and developing blog Ideas

● Writing SEO friendly blog articles

YouTube and Videos

● Watching videos, suggesting edits and cuts

● Writing text content for YouTube

● Developing video scripts (for reels, SM videos, etc)

General Editorial Work

● Edit checks on proposals and other documents

● Edit checking freelancers’ work

Location: Work remotely from anywhere in India

Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years

Joining date: Immediate/November 2023 Onwards
