Accounting Manager :

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with IFRS, PSAK, and local regulatory requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

•⁠ ⁠Manage external audits and coordinate with Big 5 auditors or external accounting firms.

•⁠ ⁠Strengthen and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.

•⁠ ⁠Support tax filings, budgeting, and forecasting processes in collaboration with the Finance team.

•⁠ ⁠Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise and develop accounting staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in process optimization and digitalization initiatives for accounting workflows.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Master’s degree (MBA or Master of Accounting) is a plus.

Experience:

•⁠ ⁠5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a Big 5 Accounting Firm (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte, or BDO) or a reputable public accounting firm is strongly preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in a corporate accounting or financial reporting role is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of managing month-end closing, consolidation, and audit coordination.
