Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for the company, ensuring both brands grow in awareness, loyalty, and sales. This role requires a balance of brand building, performance marketing, and community engagement, with strong leadership to guide an in-house team and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and brand positioning for both brands..
  • Identify target audiences and craft messaging strategies that deepen brand connection and drive customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market analysis, track consumer insights, and identify growth opportunities.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital to in-store experience.
  • Oversee creative direction, campaigns, and content across social media, activations, and partnerships.
  • Lead menu launch campaigns, product storytelling, and seasonal promotions. Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Manage digital campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee CRM, loyalty programs, and influencer collaborations. Activations & Community Engagement
  • Lead brand activations, events, and collaborations that strengthen community presence.
  • Coordinate local store marketing and partnerships with developers, lifestyle brands, and media. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor an internal marketing team (brand manager, content creators, digital lead).
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and business development to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers for design, media, and PR.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Brand Awareness & Reach: Growth in social media followers, engagement rates, PR mentions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Increase in loyalty program sign-ups, repeat purchase rates, and CRM activation.
  • Sales Impact: Contribution of marketing campaigns to store revenue growth and product sell-through.
  • Digital Performance: Improvement in ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), cost per lead/acquisition, and online order conversions.
  • Community Engagement: Number and impact of brand activations, partnerships, and event attendance.
  • Team & Process Excellence: Timely campaign execution, budget adherence, and cross-functional collaboration efficiency..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
