Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation services to clients regarding visa processes (Student/Immigration)
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures of various countries
• Assist students in filling out visa applications and ensuring the accuracy of documentation
• Follow up with embassies, consulates, and students/clients for updates
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
• Liaise with travel agents, legal teams, and international embassies when required
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and handle basic administrative tasks
• Manage customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in International Relations, Business, or related field)
• Prior experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Familiarity with documentation, embassy requirements, and online application portals
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
