At Zyner, we bring startup visions to life through world-class design—from SaaS UI to launch videos that stop investors mid-scroll. When a founder needs motion that sells, educates, and excites—all at once—they come to us.

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who turns static ideas into scroll-stopping stories. Someone who can create launch videos that convert, animate interfaces with micro-movement magic, and bring new energy to everything from decks to dashboards.

This isn’t just a production gig. You’ll own the entire motion workflow across multiple brands, products, and stories—with the creative space and trust to build animations that actually move people.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead motion projects end-to-end—from concept, scripting, and storyboarding to design, animation, and export.
• Create product launch videos, explainer animations, and motion-enhanced pitch decks that elevate startup storytelling.
• Animate UI/UX mockups, web components, and micro-interactions to showcase functionality and delight.
• Design brand animations that bring identity systems to life across digital and social.
• Build Lottie animations for high-performance motion integration on web and mobile.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and founders to define a strong motion strategy per project.
• Maintain creative quality across multiple simultaneous timelines—while staying cool under feedback pressure.
• Use Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro like a pro. Bonus if you play with Figma, Spline, Rive and Blender too.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 3–5+ years of motion design experience and a reel that shows range: brand, UI, marketing, storytelling.
• Can independently plan and deliver full motion projects without needing step-by-step instructions.
• Know how to break down a startup product and animate the “aha” moment for customers or investors.
• Are deeply fluent in After Effects, and know how to optimize animations for web (Lottie or similar).
• Have a strong grip on timing, pacing, typography, transitions, and the subtle art of motion.
• Crave creative ownership and want to build things that actually ship (not just sit in a Google Drive).

Bonus Points:

• Experience in Web motion (Spline, Rive).
• Experience in 3D motion (Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Confident editing product walkthroughs with Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Have worked at or with fast-moving startups or agencies.
• Love working fast without cutting corners.
