We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft exceptional digital experiences while owning the full Framer design/dev workflow. You’ll work on high-impact projects that require both sharp design thinking and polished execution—from SaaS products to marketing websites that convert.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end design and Framer development for websites, landing pages, and product interfaces.
• Translate business, marketing, and user goals into high-converting, user-friendly web experiences.
• Design intuitive interfaces and clean layouts for desktop and mobile—including dashboards, flows, and conversion-focused pages.
• Build interactive, responsive prototypes and live websites using Framer with pixel-perfect execution.
• Conduct usability reviews and incorporate both user and client feedback to iterate and improve.
• Create reusable components and design systems within Figma and Framer.
• Maintain high design quality and exceptional attention to detail across every task.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, especially in SaaS, fintech, or marketing-led startups.
• Are highly skilled in Framer and Figma, and love taking designs from concept to working prototype.
• Have experience designing high-converting landing pages and product UIs that meet real business goals.
• Are obsessed with clean UI, sharp hierarchy, clear UX, and every single pixel.
• Are self-motivated, organized, and able to take full ownership of tasks and timelines.
• Communicate clearly with PMs and clients, and are open to feedback loops that refine great work into incredible work.

Bonus Points:

• Background in conversion design, CRO, or growth marketing design.
• Experience working with fast-paced startups or design subscription teams.
• Interest in branding, motion design, or visual storytelling (not required, but nice to have).
