We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can bring startup brands to life across digital and print, with a strong visual sense, bold ideas, and clean execution. You’ll work on everything from social ads and billboards to logos, pitch decks, and icon systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Design visually striking assets: logos, pitch decks, illustrations, email templates, and social media posts.
• Create stunning, conversion-focused landing pages and marketing visuals.
• Develop custom icons, merch, and campaign assets that stand out across every platform.
• Collaborate with brand strategists, PMs, and fellow designers to execute projects end-to-end.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creativity across all touchpoints.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to internal design reviews, moodboard explorations, and creative QA.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 5+ years of creative design experience across digital, branding, and marketing.
• Know how to design for startups: fast, bold, strategic, and scroll-stopping.
• Can design a pitch deck one day and an Instagram carousel or billboard the next.
• Are confident creating both static and motion-based creatives (Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, layout design, and marketing assets.
• Communicate clearly and take feedback like a champ.
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing brand guides or leading creative direction.
• Animation skills for reels, video snippets, or launch videos.
• Familiarity with Framer for landing pages.
• Familiarity UI/UX design.
