Responsibilities:

• Manage carbon-neutral fuel projects.
• Oversee project management activities related to renewable energy.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain networks and relationships with relevant private sectors and government institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Management; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in project development, preferably in carbon-neutral fuels.
• Strong track record in project management and business development.
• Established network or experience working with related private sectors or government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Energy).
• Proficient in Business English (both oral and written).
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong passion for carbon neutrality with a solid understanding of related regulations.
• Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong logical thinking and basic contract comprehension, with high professional ethics.
• Willingness to travel regularly for project purposes.
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
