Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for online platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces).
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is available for online sales.
• Update inventory records in the ERP system or e-commerce backend on a daily basis.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch (SKU, quantity, packaging, labeling).
• Handle order returns and replacements efficiently while maintaining proper documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on order processing, dispatches, and stock movements.
• Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to support online promotions and resolve fulfillment-related issues.
• Maintain proper coordination with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and minimize order errors or delays.
• Experience in fabric production, sampling, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, embroidery techniques, printing, and other value additions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating across multiple teams and departments and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and Ability to prepare and manage production schedules and plans effectively.
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational abilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• G.C.E. A/L qualified; a diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-Commerce would be an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Team player and well versed with Microsoft Office Package (Excel/ Word)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Age 25-35
• Must be Computer Literacy
• Fluency in English Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and personality.
