Job responsibilities & Experiences

• Experience in fabric production, sampling, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, embroidery techniques, printing, and other value additions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating across multiple teams and departments and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and Ability to prepare and manage production schedules and plans effectively.
• Familiarity with factory operations, materials management, and capacity planning.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of textile materials, fabric construction, and finishing processes.
• Experience with fabric sourcing, vendor management, and cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational abilities.

Required qualifications

• Completed A/Ls or bachelor's degree in added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar industry.
• Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and personality.
• Team player and well versed with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools.
