About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, strategic thinker who can connect client needs with creative execution. As our Creative Strategist, you’ll work directly with our US-based clients—digging into business goals, uncovering insights, and shaping them into compelling creative strategies. While this isn’t a hands-on design role, a strong visual design foundation is essential. You’ll lead brainstorms, craft narratives, and guide our design team to deliver work that’s not just beautiful—but effective.

What You’ll Do

• Be the bridge between clients and the creative team—leading discovery calls, workshops, and concept presentations
• Turn business goals into clear briefs and creative directions
• Collaborate with designers to make sure execution aligns with brand standards and strategic intent
• Craft campaign ideas, brand messaging, and user journeys with internal teams
• Perform competitive and audience research to back creative recommendations
• Present strategy and concepts to clients with clarity, confidence, and context
• Keep timelines, feedback loops, and milestones on track
• Uphold high standards of design quality and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, UX strategy, or a design-focused client-facing role
• Solid grasp of visual design, branding, and user experience
• Comfortable working with Figma and Framer (not as a designer, but familiar enough to direct)
• Strong communicator who can pitch ideas and lead client conversations
• Can take complex ideas and translate them into simple, strategic concepts
• Experience in creative agency settings and remote collaboration is a big plus

How We Work

• 100% remote (must be based in Sri Lanka)
• Requires availability for US time zone meetings (some night shifts expected)
• Long-term contract role (minimum 2-year commitment)
