Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our HR services and solutions. This role bridges HR knowledge with business growth strategy—focusing on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through tailored HR offerings. You will play a critical role in scaling our HR consulting, outsourcing, or HR tech services, depending on our business model.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR services space.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and client relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client HR needs and challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their workforce challenges and offering customized HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform service development and improvement.

Market & Industry Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging HR needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new HR services or products.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work cross-functionally with HR, marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the brand and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in business development, HR consulting, HR sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR services, workforce solutions, or HR technology
  • Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling B2B HR solutions or SaaS-based HR platforms
  • Existing network of HR or business decision-makers
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
  • HR certifications or sales certifications are a plus
