  • Account Manager, as the name implies, is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business,offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Responsible for achievinggrowth and hit sales targetsby successfully managingthe sales team, following up on leads and winning new clients, including retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships to close sales.
  • Responsible for Designand implement a strategic businessplan that expandscompany’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Responsible for coachingand performance monitoring of sales representatives Present Sales,revenue and expensesreports and realistic forecasts to management team

Qualifications required Working Experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience managing large banking / FSI account portfolios.
  • Have proven and successful experience in high-value client acquisition
  • Education Backgroud: Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, Mandarin would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Office suite software (Ms. Office, Google Workspace) and CRM software.
  • Communicative, energetic, fast learner and have a result-driven attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
