The Job
- Lead the institution’s sales strategy to drive student enrolments across undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programmes.
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve enrolment goals for both local and international markets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a results-oriented sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of performance targets.
- Strengthen relationships with schools, corporates, and international education partners to enhance recruitment pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure cohesive messaging and an exceptional applicant experience from enquiry to enrolment.
The Person
- A strategic and driven sales leader with proven experience in higher education or a similar service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of the student recruitment landscape, market trends, and digital engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the institution professionally.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, achieving sales targets, and developing new market segments.
- Holds a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is preferred.
